\nThis sitemap lists every public page on hugsmade.shop and explains how the store is organised, so you can find a gift, a policy or an answer in as few clicks as possible. The list directly below updates automatically as pages and collections are added. Further down, you will find a guide to each part of the store and to the pages you might need before, during and after an order.
\nThe menu at the top of every page follows the way most people shop for a personalized gift. The first six links take you straight to a type of gift: Mugs, Ornaments, Keepsakes, Home Decor, Photo Gifts and Memorial. “Gifts For” opens a short list of recipients, and “Occasions” opens the moments people celebrate most. On a phone, tap the menu icon at the top left to see the same links, plus search and your account.
\nThe search box at the top of the page searches product names and descriptions. Try searching for a type of gift (“ornament”), a recipient (“grandma”) or an occasion (“anniversary”).

We support customers by email and reply within 24 hours on business days. The Contact Us page lists what to include in your message and where to find quick answers by topic. The Submit a Ticket page offers ready-made email links with the right subject line for each kind of request, such as a change, a return or a question before ordering. Every page has a single main heading at the top and section headings below it, so you can jump through a page with your screen reader’s heading navigation or by scanning the bold titles. Long policy pages start with a short summary box with the key numbers. Links are written to describe where they go, such as “Returns & Exchanges”, rather than “click here”.
