Why personalized gifts
Most of the things we buy are interchangeable. A personalized gift is the opposite. A mug that says “Grandma Rose” above the names of her three grandchildren cannot belong to anyone else. How ordering works
We wanted ordering to be simple enough for anyone, including people who do not enjoy fiddling with design tools. So there is no design editor and no upload button. It works like this:
- Choose the gift. Pick the design, then the size, material or colour on the product page, and add it to your cart.
- Write the personalisation. At checkout, type the names, dates and message in the Order notes box, exactly as they should appear. For a photo gift, paste a shareable link to your photo.
- We personalize and ship. Within 1-3 business days we personalize your gift exactly as written and prepare it for shipping. It then travels for 7-14 business days, with free shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
We do not send a proof or mockup before production, so the text you type is the text you get. If you notice a mistake after ordering, you have 24 hours to change it. Our FAQs have tips for spelling unusual names, listing many names and choosing a good photo.
What we promise every customer
Buying a gift for someone you love should not feel risky. These are the commitments we make on every order, and the same numbers appear on every policy page:

What we will not do
Trust is built as much by what a store avoids as by what it promises. So, plainly:
- We do not show invented reviews, star ratings or “people are viewing this” counters. Reviews can only come from customers who bought the product.
- We do not use fake countdown timers or “only a few left” messages. Personalized gifts are made for your order.
