Some pictures deserve to live somewhere other than a phone. Photo gifts take a favourite moment, a wedding portrait, a newborn, a pet on the sofa, a grandparent laughing, and put it on something you can hold.
Sending your photo
We do not use an upload tool. At checkout, paste a shareable link to your photo (for example from a cloud drive or photo album) in the Order notes box, together with any names or dates. Make sure the link opens without a password. We do not send a proof or mockup before production, so please check spelling and the photo you choose carefully.
Choosing a good photo
- Use the original file rather than a screenshot; it keeps more detail.
- Pick a photo where faces are well lit and in focus.
- Leave a little space around the people so nothing important is cropped.
Customer photos are deleted 30 days after delivery. Read more in the Privacy Policy. Production takes 1-3 business days and delivery 7-14 business days, with free shipping to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
How personalisation works: choose your gift, then at checkout type the names, dates and any short message in the Order notes box. If your gift uses a photo, paste a shareable link to the photo there too. Read the FAQs for spelling tips.
